Houseboats and boats are entirely different things - physical and technical. I say a split is necessary, but maybe not at the moment because there's still little information that it provides. It can be improved anytime though. I know nothing has been announced about boats, but I swear if you look in the background of [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1xZn8XUUat8 the new Stories trailer] (linked to youtube video) you can see the top of a sail moving.
