::Yup, an "Illegittimate" kid cannot be adopted. It's like in The Simpsons where Ling is the adopted daughter of both Homer and Selma (despite Homer being married to Selma's younger sister) & she is not considered illegittimate ins't she? But Oberon and Titania are fianceés, not in-laws. Thus Bottom is technically not illegittimate. If someone's parents are dating, a'la [[Meadow Carpenter-Rhodes]] , they are not illegittimate either. If they're love interests but neither one has another love interest, it is technically not illegittimate either.
