:I dont have the game pack yet, so that is the picture I got so far from the internet. so far many people who post caleb dark form in the internet already edit him. if you can find his pre-made/current dark form. feel free to update it.

The more I look at the gif, the more I feel like the last woman looks an awfully lot like Lilith. I wonder if it's just the creators not thinking about it, or if it's intentional (maybe they aren't blood-related), or just someone who looks like Lilith but isn't Lilith. But then again, in one of the trailers Caleb is seen having the name Raylan Lange, so it may just be some unintentional inconsistensy. Anyway, my fan-hypotesis is that Caleb and Lilith aren't siblings by blood, and that Caleb changed his name when he turned a vampire. That's maybe a bit farfetched though. You're definitely right that the trailers aren't necessarily consistent and they're also meant to showcase stuff from the pack so they're using the same hairstyles on multiple Sims.
