No, Chris and Melissa themselves are not in TS3, sadly. There is a Roomies Household, but it's completely new sims, 4 of whom are unrelated to anybody else in the neighboorhood, and 1 of which has parents living on the other side of the town, these parents are also completely new sims. But since one of these new roomies is going by a stage hacker-name, Cycl0n3 Sw0rd could easily be Chris Jones' father. Even tho the two of them do not look like that much...
