My internet is being throttled so its hard to tell right now. If things are still looking blurry to you but not to others it may be necessary to clear internet files cache as it might be pulling older images in your cache instead of updates. Sometimes hitting F5 to refresh can help, but not always. The left is what appears on my browser, and the right is what appears when the cover is resized by 1 pixel. Bypassing my browser cache doesn't seem to help. They are not blurry anymore. So either they fixed it or it is something that is still affecting some users. I wonder if it is an issue requiring cache cleared or if it has to do with browser settings.
