How? If my memory serves me well, pregnancy is governed by the pregnancy controller counting time in tickshours, which then periodically insists that the sim comes to it and re-dresses into a bigger body, to put in layman's terms. But I'd like to be proven wrong and pointed to when the Age Days Left is taken into consideration.
