I've added the weights and base prices for the various fish, as per the Fishing XML data in the GameplayData.package (at Instance 0x90142107481DE889 for those interested). However, I haven't located the modifiers based on the -Quality- of the fish caught, so if anyone is able to find this out... as it is, the upper and lower prices may be off based on the quality level of the fish caught. Hence, in an unmodded game it will be impossible to fish out the seed.
