The Garden Club members in my Pleasantview are employed. My guess is that they are given random jobs sometime during gameplay, but I do not know just what triggers this. :Hmm, that's strange... I've been playing many businesses in many neighborhoods, and tourists, locals, and garden clubs are always wanted by me because they're always unemployed. And never have I seen any of them employed at the first place.
