:::That may depend on how "failed" is defined. Except for '''Give Me Power To Cheat Death''', failure doesn't seem to be defined as "no effect", but as "only negative effects". I think getting a zombie can be defined as "negative", since the presumend intent of the wish is to bring the Sim back ''alive''. ::::Also, I think it's possible that the resurrection wish may be covered by the idea that the Genie is generally competent and wishes usually work.
