Wait, the legacy has to be with only young adults and older? Darn it! Why didn't I look up the rules before? I feel so stupid now. I wrote an entire post for nothing...NOTHING! The founder was a teen...:( -- (
No, you can start with a teen... You can even start with a child or toddler or adult or elder if you wanted to. You can even create two sims to give birth to the founder who then gets aged up to move in the legacy plot. Yes you can start with a children of premades as the founder...
