:They do. Don Lothario and Leod McGreggor both have the same type of facial hair, and they both have short hair. Also Don is a womanizer, but while Leod does not reciprocate the romantic feelings that several women have for him, it's still enough to pass Leod off as being seemingly based on Don Lothario.
