::::Try having a vampire buy from the consignment store a few times, that might increase the chance of being able to buy the Vampire Gnome. Also, since the toddler, child, teen and elder gnomes are NOT available in buydebug like all the other gnomes, i doubt they would ever be available at consignment. I have a variety of Gnomes, some gotten from miners, some from inventing some from time travel, and occasionally they'll all be together in a cluster as if they were having a party.
