Whenever my kid tries to do something, the mascot will stalk them and keep them from doing anything. But once, when my kid was hungry, the mascot tried to hug him, and the kid got him good. Instead of a cow mascot, I just get a normal looking Sim with the second face template. I know the reason is because I don't have University. Instead I get an adult Sim with a teenage voice, and if I make them playable they just become an ordinary Sim with an adult voice.
