So far, I have never had a cow mascot repeatedly call my former University Sims, but I have seen that behavior from other University NPCs such as cheerleaders, llama mascots, and cafeteria workers. In my current neighborhood, the worst offender is the community lot bartender. Therefore, I'm assuming that, while this is something cow mascots do, it is not unique to them.
