So far, I have never had a cow mascot repeatedly call my former University Sims, but I have seen that behavior from other University NPCs such as cheerleaders, llama mascots, and cafeteria workers. In my current neighborhood, the worst offender is the community lot bartender. Therefore, I'm assuming that, while this is something cow mascots do, it is not unique to them. Do those mascots bother anyone else when their on Vacation? Whenever my kid tries to do something, the mascot will stalk them and keep them from doing anything. But once, when my kid was hungry, the mascot tried to hug him, and the kid got him good. XD Gyromite
