I don't know, I got their names from the Program Files. These witches might have these names though, since (as far as I know) only the head witches have their names and appearances randomly chosen. But, I'm not sure what kind of witches these Sims are. I've made a few high witches and one high warlock (all good) playable. I also have a sim who has the 'head for numbers' perk in his business, and when I used the ridiculously large phonebook to contact someone while playing him, in that big long list of sims, one of them I'm sure had the name 'Eris Hewitt'. The new high good witch is named 'Eris Hewitt'. ::From what I can remember, that's probably right. But I don't normally tend to try and tamper with the neutral witches, because when you try to add them to a playable household, the game continually forces errors on them.
