Everyone does realize that Plasma is a real life thing which the blood cells float in? Master Liquid Ink 10:54, October 1, 2010 (UTC)

Yes. I guess thats what the developers based the Vampire concept on (as vampires drink blood). GEORGIEGIBBONS talk contributions 15:16, November 16, 2010 (UTC)

Perhaps they used the word "Plasma" instead of blood for ratings or so parents wouldn't overreact or something of that nature.Bafendo 15:40, November 16, 2010 (UTC)
Probably the same reason why juice was used instead of alcohol. I remember when Grand Theft Auto IV recieved controversy for drink driving (Wikipedia link). Seeing as The Sims is aimed at teens, I wouldn't think that EA would want to go over the limit so that only adults can play the game. GEORGIEGIBBONS talk contributions 15:46, November 16, 2010 (UTC)
