:In this page, "service" means as NPCs you can call to hire to do certain jobs, and this doesn't include Mascots. "WooHoo with Service Sims" is very likely to be all NPCs, and not restricted to service you can call in this page. See [[NPC|this page]] for the full list of NPCs.
