Hi! My name is Sylph Featherlight and unfortunately I'm deceased!

They're not necessary. Those captions were added in the old days, and now periodically removed when someone edits that particular Sim (instead of making bulk edits). So if you see them, just remove them. Nikel Talk – Vote! 06:37, December 22, 2013 (UTC)
