After repeatedly draining aspiration points from an Evil Mascot, I noticed that he was not showing signs of low aspiration. Checking his file in SimPE, I noticed that his aspiration scores were showing as 1200/-100 , which is not consistent with having been recently drained. I did not think to make him selectable and check his aspiration bar, but it appears that the SimVac can take a Sim's aspiration below 0, and that the aspiration point scale may be treated as unsigned. :I used InSim to summon this mascot to a lot, and then make him selectable. His aspiration bar was at the bottom, in deep red. So, it appears that SimPE treats the aspiration score as unsigned, and displays values < 0 as 1200 -- but that the game treats it as signed, and allows it to be negative.
