Why won't my Sims flirt anymore? Whenever I get them to "Sim1 thinks Sim2 is being friendly" is when I start with simple flirting, and Sim1 ALWAYS holds back, but it never changes their relationship and Sim1 never thinks Sim2 is being awkward. Or it's like your relationship isn't high enough, that Sim B doesn't want to accept any further flirts until your relationship is higher.
