Why won't my Sims flirt anymore? Whenever I get them to "Sim1 thinks Sim2 is being friendly" is when I start with simple flirting, and Sim1 ALWAYS holds back, but it never changes their relationship and Sim1 never thinks Sim2 is being awkward.
