This is strange. I checked with SimPE, in Sim Browser, Bella is not listed under "Townies," but instead, under "Uneditable." I've always thought she was a regular townie. I guess she's not treated that way, despite being able to lurk around the town like townies do. I don't know what makes her unique though. Oh well, Strangetown is already glitchy to begin with. :I've seen others as well, besides Bella. So I assume this is a more 'common' thing. Why they aren't listed as Townies (or sometimes NPC's) is unclear to me though..
