First section: Weather -- lots of cleanup required[edit source]
I took the liberty of editing the first section a bit and cleaning it up some, however I'm really not very happy with it still. It's repetitive (count the number of times the season names come up), needs some better linkage (but an enormous thank you to whoever did the links that already exist as of this revision), and could stand to be explained better.
On a side-note, I'm not entirely sure snow days ever happen -- they've never happened in my game. I may start a test 'hood with all-winter seasons just to try and get one, though. Can anyone confirm it happening in their game?

- Well Done! Snow days do actually happen. I recommend using the weather maker (not sure of the actual name) in the aspiration rewards and make it snow...a lot! ^.^ Once you can make a snow man it usually becomes a snow day.
