Actually, you can ressurect Tiffany. Tiffany is a SimPE sim so she can be ressurected by many means. 1 one way is to use Boolprop (though she has been known to crash your game). 2 is to use Ressurect-O-Nimitron. 3 is to get her character file from SimPE. 4 Use the PT-Hack (though it is known to cause several problems in the game).
