IMO, it's inaccurate to state ''any'' unborn babies' physical appearance, such as the hair or body type. Babies do have physical appearance and are always thin and bald by default, but unborn Sims do not have any physical appearance at all. It's the same as stating that [[Romeo Monty]] has grey hair because he ''will'' as an elder, although right now he doesn't, as an analogy.
