Yes. In order for all Sims to get the choice to become a vampire the game creates NPCs that will either move into the town or be townies and appear occasionally. More likely will a vampire appear is in a Vampire Bar which will be in lot assignment and can be chosen for a particular club that you want vampires to appear regularly. Be warned that vampires turn Sims even without user direction so if you have a particular Sim you want to keep normal you must buy a Vampirism-B-Gone potion. |
