Description: New template for files under the Creative Commons license.
Syntax: CC must be in upper case.

Optional parameters

All parameters are optional, but do fill in version. It's also bound to be under one of the conditions.

Version is 2.0 2.5 or 3.0

Putting a y at by, sa, nc or nd is enough to trigger it (see example below)

attribution is the name of the author. Wiki-code works here to some extend. Note experiences on the talk page.
