This template adds a small "Note" message template.

Type {{Note|<text you want to display>}} to use this template.

There are three optional parameters:

title - changes the title to whatever is specified. If left blank or not specified, it will default to "Note".
width - specify the width of the template, in percentage. Leave blank to use the default values.
size - if set to small, a smaller, left-aligned version of the template will be used. Leave blank to use the default.
