Substitution-only Template
This template is not for transclusion and must be put on pages using substitution with the subst prefix. Eg.

- For templates which must be prefixed with subst. Adds templates to Category:Subst templates. Note that this template is not a subst template and therefore does not need to be substituted onto pages.
