:I can't answer with absolute certainty, but I seem to recall that there are some issues with this template still. Nikel developed it, though, so he would know more about it than I would. ::Currently it's not being developed as in "someone is trying to work on it at the moment," but it certainly means it's unfinished. There issue is still the same: we can't make a raw table inside this template, unless the table itself is part of another template like {{T|SkillTable}}. Memories, inventory, and relationships are ones that don't have table templates. I made one for relationships in {{T|RelTable}} and {{T|RelTable/content}}, but it's very crude and not flexible, not to mention too complicated to use, so it's better to avoid it in main articles.
