In ''The Sims 4'', ''testingcheats'' can be activated the same way as in previous games. Again, some cheats require ''testingcheats'' to be on. There are less options in the pie menu when Shift-clicking objects. The most that can be done on objects is resetting it, setting it at the selected Sim's head, and, if the object can be dirty or broken, be dirty or broken, and vice versa. When Shift-clicking the mailbox, it's possible to fulfull needs for all Sims in the current world, household, and enable or disable the decay. The same can be done for a Sim themself, but will only affect that Sim. Shift-clicking Sims can also allow them to be added to the current household, be modified in Create a Sim, make them a [[PlantSim]], or, if the selected Sim knows that Sim, change their outfit under Toddler Care.
