The Sims website.

TheSims.com is the official home of the first The Sims game. It holds information on all the expansions for this game and The Sims Bustin' Out.


It features free downloads such as Maxis created tools, game updates and a few in-game items.


The community features include a forum (BBS), which is now read-only (requires registration[confirmation needed]); a fansite directory, which is considerably out-of-date; and in it's prime; regular chats with people from Maxis. They have archived the old chat transcripts.


The EA Store is now defunct and links to the main EA site.
