TheSims.com is the official home of the first The Sims game. It holds information on all the expansions for this game and The Sims Bustin' Out.

It features free downloads such as Maxis created tools, game updates and a few in-game items.

The community is now primarily of archival/reference interest. There is a searchable forum (BBS), which is now read-only (requires registration); and a fansite directory, which is considerably out-of-date. When the site was in it's prime, there were regular chats with people from Maxis; the old chat transcripts are archived.

The EA Store is now defunct and links to the main EA site.
