[[The Hot Springs]] is a community lot in the heart of [[Felicity Island]]. In the story this lot is of big importance since you have to chose a date, and that date is going to be the person you're going to marry at the end of the story.
There are many geysers on this lot (like in [[Boiling Meadows]]), and, strangely, a hot-tub, because it's actually a story reward object that a player receives later in the story.
