The Monument is the final location after completing the missions in division 47 where you find Dominic Newlow and all of the objects that you encountered in past locations such as Roberta and your car.
Mission
Dominic explains his evil plan of taking over Strangetown and later the world. After he explains his plans your objective is to disarm all of the parts of his weapon which include: Turning off Roberta's Brain, Disarming the Power Motor From your Car, etc. After doing these tasks his plan of controling your mind with his plumbbob brainwasher will fail.
