'''The Monument''' is the final location after completing the missions at [[Division 47]] in ''[[The Sims 2 (PSP)|The Sims 2]]'' PlayStation Portable version where the player finds [[Doctor NewlowDominion]], later known as Dominic Newlow, and all previous objects from past locations suchwhich asare the ritual cow el toro,Roberta and theiryour car. This is probably the circle made by rocks on the PC version of ''[[The Sims 2]]'', in [[Strangetown]].

Dominic explains his evil plan of taking over [[Strangetown]] and later the world. After he explains his plans the player's objective is to disarm all of the parts of his weapon which include: turning off Roberta's Brain, disarming the Power Motor From their car, etc. After doing these tasks his plan of controlling the player's Sim's mind with his plumbbobplumbob brainwasher will fail. In the scene, Dominic is under the control of the plumbbobplumbob so the player's Sim must fight off the plumbbobplumbob, thus saving [[Strangetown]].In the end,Dominion feels uncontrollable of himself when it attacks him causing him to disappear.
