==Layout==

 

The small home features a living room with a dining area and an open kitchen. It has a bathroom and three bedrooms, but only two have beds. In the back, there is a little studio room with a DJ Booth. There's a basketball court and tennis ball court across the street, but you can't leave the lot to visit them.

 

==Goals==

 

The objective here is to complete [[Phil Phantasm]]'s '''Gold Wants'''. It won't unlock anything, but it counts towards your progress for 'Sims Helped' if you're striving to 100% the game.
