*boolprop aptsublotspecifictoolsdisabled [on/off]<br />[on] allows the player to use build mode tools while apartments are inhabited. If it can be avoided, move the family out and use the 'changelotzoning' cheat to revert to a 'residential' lot and make the changes in build mode like normal. Some errors may occur if you edit an apartment lot with a family moved in.
This wil make an NPC come to your lot
 
*changeLotClassification [low | middle | high]
:This changes the lot classification of the lot. The lot will remain this classification until the following cheat is used.
