*boolProp apartmentBuildBuyRestrictions [true/false]<br />Apparently, it will allow Buy Mode objects to be bought which normally are disabled. The only disabled objects are secret door, bookshelf, and closets.
*boolProp aptSubLotSpecificToolsDisabled [true/false]<br />[false] allows the player to place objects outside the currently rented apartment. If it can be avoided, move the family out and use the 'changelotzoning' cheat to revert to a 'residential' lot and make the changes in build mode like normal. Some errors may occur if you edit an apartment lot with a family moved in.
