The Sims 3 Create-A-Sim is a stand-alone version of The Sims 3's Create a Sim[1]. It is available in some countries, such as South Africa[2] and Israel.[3][4]
This program is just the CAS alone, but Sims created with it can be shared. It is also rumored that players cannot use or have custom content within this game. [confirmation needed]
