The Sims 3 Create-A-Sim is a standalone version of The Sims 3's Create a Sim.[1] It is available in some countries, such as South Africa, Indonesia, Singapore, and Israel.[2][3]
This program allows the players to create Sims in a standalone CAS and share them to the Exchange. However, players are only able to use base game contents, as custom contents and expansion pack contents are disabled in the program.
