Its trailer premiered on January 12, 2021 and it will be released on January 26, 2021 for PC and consoles. The pack's theme and contents were derived from the "happy haunts" theme from the community stuff pack vote, which resulted in ''[[The Sims 4: Nifty Knitting Stuff|The Sim 4: Nifty Knitting Stuff]]''.
