'''Administrative Projects''' are a special requirement for wiki Administrators and Bureaucrats. Under community consensus, Administrators and Bureaucrats ("TSW Staff") are required to hold two (2) Administrative Projects at a time. TSW Staff are allowed to choose which projects they want to work in, subject to approval from a Bureaucrat. TSW Staff are still responsible for basic administrative tasks, regardless of the project they are working on.

Duties include renaming generic-named files, adding licensing information, warning or taking action against users who repeatedly violate image or file rules, and in improving current images whenever possible.''
