::Agreed with K6ka. While we do need to assume good faith, the simple fact is we can't prove you are who you say you are. To give you bureaucrat rights without this proof could potentially give access to bureaucrat (and by extension, administrative) tools to someone who is an impostor. ::Also since you left, the RfAs on this wiki have become much more formal. From what I've gathered when looking at the old revisions, it was all very simple for a user to be granted admin rights back then. But now it's more complicated than merely reverting vandalism. And I've heard that with the more formal RfA processes we have now "A user who could have passed an RfA or RfB five years ago, might not be able to do so today".
