Request for interpretation of consensus

This forum thread has been sitting open for several months, and has gone two months without any new additions to it. Due to a conflict of interest I cannot call consensus for this one way or the other, so I would like another administrator or 'crat (preferably neutral) to determine whether a consensus has been reached and to state the outcome of the thread or, if consensus is not reached, to determine a proper course of action. -- LostInRiverview talk ~ blog 07:27, June 21, 2014 (UTC)
