To access cheat menu for The Sims 4 Xbox One press left trigger+right trigger+left bumper+right bumper at the same time, press the A button to bring up the keyboard then type testingcheats on like normal. Hold the B button then press the A button to use shift+click functions. I have not tested all of the cheats. But the money cheats work. Cas.fulleditmode, bb.showhiddenobjects, bb.moveobjects, households.autopay_bills and shiftclick Sim/mailbox all work.
