It's a simple measure of controlling spam and server raids. Users with the "Trusted User" role can attach files, chat in voice channels, and use emojis from other servers. It is ''not'' a "privilege" position and it doesn't grant you any authority over other users; it's just that we feel confident that you're not an obvious spammer or troll.
