== Book of Spells Quest did not appear after Sorcerer's Supplies build ==

Hi there! Sims Freeplay question here. After building Sorcerer's Supplies, the Book of Spells Quest has not showed up in my queue, or become automatically active as every blog/FAQ page said it would. The Magic Wand Podium has not appeared in SS store or Promotions R Us either. I have 3 other quests in queue - 1 ocean view house quest, and 2 Mysterious Island Quests. My current active quests are: "Snow Problem", "Two and a Half Sims", "Get back to the Wall", and a "Produce Live Market" event, along with Social and Weekly Quests. I heard you can't play feature and discovery quests at the same time, is that the issue here? I am level 10, just started playing a few days ago for the first time. Thanks!!
