'''Keep and wait''' I agree with k6; I think expansion is preferable to deletion. That said, the content of the page is a single sentence currently, and from what I can tell, no attempt has been made to expand it since it was originally created. I would support keeping the article, removing the delete tag, and seeing if that spurs anyone into developing the page.
